Name linked themes and template files in Twin Changes ae67e8afad

The proposal looks up the names of the themes and template files a grant
links, on both sides, so the Changes view no longer shows "Linked record"
for each id. Revisions stored before this fall back to the records Twin
returned beside the ids.

Read current linked ids from the records Twin returns 073533e158

Twin's version read carries themes but no themeIds, so the Changes view
showed the current themes as empty and every theme list as changed. A side
without the id list now reads it from those records, and a reordered id
set is no change.
